CHECK-IN and CHECK OUT
The check-in is between 2,00 PM and 6,00 PM. If you think to arrive before or later these hours, is necessary to agree upon a precise time, because it might be impossible to receive you.
Guests are kindly requested to leave their lodging free not later than 10,00 AM of the departure day.
SUMMER DINNERS
The service is offered only in the months of July and August, on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays by reservation only. Outside of this period, a minimum of 12 guests is required.

DEPOSIT
A 30% advance deposit will secure your reservation. You might credit us the amount by Bank swift (commissions at your charge).
If you prefer, send us the type, numbers and expiring date of your credit card, with the full name of the cardholder, and we will debit the amount (commissions at our charge).
We point you out that for just one overnight’s stay we ask full advance payment when booking.
PAYMENT
Accommodations are to be paid in full at time of check-in, and may be paid cash or with any Credit Card Bancomat, Maestro, Mastercard, VISA, AmericanExpress (we do not accept any kind of bank cheques).
CANCELLATION POLICY
We do not have fixed and rigid rules in case of booking cancellations.
First of all, it depends on the fact if we have still empty rooms/apartments similar to the cancelled ones and for the same period. If so, it means that we did not refuse in the mean time any other booking and, in this case, we are open to reimburse totally the down payment.
If we are fully booked and, probably, we have lost meanwhile other bookings, we ask for a little time to see if we can rent the rooms/apartments to somebody else. If so, again we reimburse totally the payment.
Consider that, if the down payment has been made through the Credit Cards, we can cancel the original debit together with the commissions, so it will be absolutely no cost.
Third case, we ask to keep the down payment for another stay, of course if it happens in the same season.
We do not "work with" confirmatory down payments, we "work if" the customers come here on holiday and are fully satisfied.
If they cannot come, we hope that they keep nice impressions on our profile and behaviour in order to see them in La Pila in the future.
VALUABLE DEPOSIT
Unfortunately, we cannot help our Guests with safekeeping of valuables or money deposit: no safe box is available.
